Bob is an independent management consultant and technical expert; through Chemwise and its Associates he has been contracted to provide advice on the practical challenges of REACH and GHS.  In addition to the European Commission (where technical advice was provided on the new CLP Regulation during negotiations and the development of guidance), Bob has worked for a wide range of large and small firms as well as the OECD, several EU Governments, European and UK Trade Associations, and the Chemical Industries Association's REACHReady scheme.
